The Firm was formed in 1977 in San Jose, California, and, for the past 37 years, we have continued to represent our clients with integrity and professionalism. Our Services
Our real estate attorneys provide litigation representation and advice and counsel in the areas of business and commercial law, real estate law, administrative hearings, and creditor bankruptcy proceedings. We also represent clients in matters of real estate development, sales, exchanges, leases, financing, mortgage lending and regulation of real property and personal property foreclosures.
Our insurance coverage and bad faith attorneys advise policyholders concerning complex insurance coverage issues, and we work to maximize recovery of insurance policy benefits, including obtaining critical defenses to costly litigation. We strive to resolve claims short of insurance litigation but are prepared to take on any insurance company persisting in the wrongful denial of coverage under management liability, errors and omissions, employment practices liability, general liability and other policies, including policies covering first party loss. We tap our extensive litigation experience in the state and federal courts and our relationships with specialized insurance mediators to achieve superb results for our clients.
