Gilbert Law Group, PLLC, was founded in 1973 and has always served Lexington and Central Kentucky clients. Theresa Gilbert, Derrick Staton, Amanda Perkins, have more than 50 years of combined legal experience. Our firm is primarily an injury law firm, and we devote our practice to helping you get the workers' compensation and social security disability (SSD) benefits you deserve. We also handle family law cases.

We represent people injured at the Toyota auto plant in Georgetown, the 3M plant in Cynthiana, the Tokico plant in Berea and Trane in Lexington.
