SULLIVAN • HAZELTINE • ALLINSON LLC was formed in January 2008 by the merger of William D. Sullivan LLC (which opened in 2006) and the Law Offices of William A. Hazeltine LLC (founded in 2005). Between them, Bill, Bill and Zeke have over 50 years experience in the Delaware Bar handling a wide range of matters, including significant experience practicing in large commercial law firms. We provide our clients with large firm experience within a small firm structure.

The firm practices primarily in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware, where we focus on creditors' rights, representing creditors' committees and all types of secured and unsecured creditors, including trade vendors, lenders, landlords, sureties, tort claimants, PACA and reclamation creditors and purchasers of assets in bankruptcy proceedings. Our clients are small businesses, municipalities, and large corporations, including individual corporate officers and directors. In addition to pursuing our clients' claims against Chapter 11 debtors, we prosecute and defend adversary actions, including preference and fraudulent conveyance litigation.

We likewise advise and represent businesses with respect to restructuring and bankruptcy options, including the filing of Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 proceedings. Our recent representations of Chapter 11 debtors include Liberty Brands LLC (lead counsel), IdleAire Technologies Corporation (Delaware counsel), NexPak Corporation (lead counsel), Moll Industries, Inc. (lead counsel) and Garnet BioTherapeutics (lead counsel).

We also handle commercial litigation matters for our clients in all Delaware Courts, including the United States District Court and Delaware's Court of Chancery and Superior Court.

The firm served as bankruptcy counsel to the purchaser of the former Bethlehem Steel plant at Sparrows Point in Baltimore, MD.

The firm serves as Delaware counsel to the Creditors' Committee in the Allied Systems Holdings bankruptcy case. Allied Systems is the leading new car transporter in the United States.

The firm served as lead Debtor's counsel in the successful reorganization of Garnet BioTherapeutics, Inc., a clinical stage biopharmaceutical company that developed a cellular therapy with the potential to significantly improve the treatment of numerous diseases.

The firm serves as Delaware counsel to Wilmington Trust Company, as indenture trustee for certain noteholders, in the Tribune Company bankruptcy case.

The firm served as lead counsel to the Creditors' Committee in the successful reorganization of Byers Electrical Contractors, a local electrical contractor that does a substantial amount of work for the State of Delaware.

The firm served as lead counsel for the Debtor in the Chapter 11 bankruptcy case of Moll Industries. Moll was a leading manufacturer of plastic injection molder components for medical devices.
