We Provide the highest quality legal work at competitive rates.

Thomas, Cinclair & Beuttenmuller, A Professional Corporation, was founded on April 1, 1988. Our firm's principal goal and the aim of all of our lawyers is to provide the highest quality legal work at competitive rates. We are Dallas, Texas attorneys with the core of our practice in commercial litigation and business transactions. Our litigation work includes collections, creditors' rights and creditor bankruptcies, and we also have an extensive real estate, lending and corporate practice. The clients that we serve range from banks and nationwide finance corporations to small local companies and their owners.

Our office in Dallas, Texas has several creditors' rights and collections lawyers with extensive experience. One of the founding lawyers, Dave Thomas, has over nearly thirty years of civil litigation experience in creditors' rights, creditor bankruptcy, collections, construction disputes and the fair debt collection practices act. He has spoken frequently in the collections area to lawyers and business people and has written and presented papers dealing with consumer and commercial collection issues. He has handled collections cases ranging from relatively small amounts in controversy to collection cases involving millions of dollars in controversy.

Rick Cinclair is a highly experienced collections and creditor bankruptcy attorney. Over the past five years, his practice has increasingly focused on real estate and personal property foreclosures and creditor representation in bankruptcy. He has become a recognized figure in the Dallas-area bankruptcy practice, appearing for bank creditors in many real estate and small business bankruptcies in the Dallas and Plano bankruptcy courts. Outside his principal areas of concentration, he also maintains a broader practice, undertaking a broad spectrum of engagements for his many clients.

Robert "Chip" Burrell's practice also focuses on creditors' rights, and he has significant expertise and experience in foreclosure and mechanic's lien cases. He regularly appears in the Dallas and Collin County courts for companies in the construction trades and construction materials business. He also executes numerous foreclosure sales for financial institutions and other lenders and participates in the firm's general business practice.

In addition to collections and creditors' rights, the Dallas lawyers of Thomas, Cinclair & Beuttenmuller also handle a wide range of civil litigation and render advice on commercial matters. Rudy Beuttenmuller leads the firm's real estate and corporate practice. The matters handled by this area of the firm range from litigation over contracts, construction law, employment, intellectual property and unfair competition, to transactional work on corporate issues, lending, business acquisitions and formations, private securities offerings, estate planning, real estate and restaurant development.

The lawyers at Thomas, Cinclair & Beuttenmuller, have a broad range of experience and are able to assist the firm's clients with all of their business transactions, as well as to handle their litigation needs. We view ourselves principally as a boutique litigation firm with the bonus capacity to meet our client's needs on transactional work. Part and parcel of the firm's overriding philosophy is that all of the firm's attorneys be accessible to the firm's clients.

We realize that our clients view any litigation confronting them as a serious matter, and we are conscious of the expense of litigation. We pride ourselves on our responsiveness and our attention to detail, and we plan to continue this same emphasis as we steward our clients into the twenty-first century.

The firm has been listed in Martindale-Hubbell Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers since 1998.
